Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information and for all activity under your account, including safeguarding credentials.

2. Services & Subscriptions

Purposix offers SaaS subscriptions, ERP-as-a-Service, web development, automation and integration services. Specific features, modules, user limits and SLAs are described in your order form, plan page or written proposal.

3. Fees, Billing & Payment Processors

Fees are payable in advance as per the selected plan and billing cycle. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), unless stated otherwise.

Online payments are processed by third-party payment processors including Stripe and Razorpay. By making a payment you also agree to the terms, privacy policy and applicable cardholder agreements of the relevant processor. Purposix does not store your full card or banking credentials on its servers.

4. Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date from your account or by writing to support@purposix.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or infringing use of the Services.
• No attempts to breach, probe or reverse-engineer the Services or underlying infrastructure.
• No use of the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• No upload of malware, illegal content or content that violates third-party rights.

6. Customer Data & Confidentiality

You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process such data only to provide and improve the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy. We treat your business information as confidential and apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, trademarks and documentation, are owned by Purposix or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription. You may not copy, resell or sublicense the Services.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events or third-party outages may temporarily affect access.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Purposix's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services in any 12-month period shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Purposix in that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Services in a way that risks harm to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately; sections that by their nature should survive shall survive.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
